ASEBP provides group benefits to Alberta’s public education sector. The term “group benefits” simply means that to be eligible for coverage, a person must belong to an eligible employee group within the public education sector.
The coverage we offer includes income replacement benefits and general health benefits. Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Extended Disability Benefits are known collectively as income replacement benefits, while the general health benefits we provide include Extended Health Care, Dental Care, and Vision Care. We also offer Health Spending Account administrative services to school jurisdictions.
