Depending on an employee’s terms of employment, he/she could receive up to three weeks of vacation upon starting at ASEBP. In addition to vacation days and the 13 statutory holidays recognized each year, ASEBP also offers 2 additional flex days per year, upon completion of probation, to be used at the employee's discretion. These days reinforce ASEBP’s belief in the importance of a healthy work-life balance.
A joint Family Allowance and Healthy Living Fund is offered yearly to support the health and well-being of our employees. This fund reimburses expenses related to family activities (such as a vacation or movie night), as well as healthy living expenses such as workout equipment or yoga classes. An education fund is allocated yearly to staff members to support their continual learning and to provide them with the training necessary to grow within the organization. Employees are completely or partially reimbursed for any further education they take related to their position or potential future position.
In addition to the education fund, we offer the ASEBP Academy – an internal learning and development program for all staff members. To reconnect and learn with each other, the entire organization gets together once a year to attend a Day of Learning. Morning sessions are held in learning groups on various topics, initiating in-depth, valuable discussions. Everyone regroups after lunch to take part in a team-building activity before the day ends on a reflective note.
