Employee & Family Assistance Program
ASEBP now offers an Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to its covered members through our partner, Homewood Health. The EFAP is a proactive health program which provides support services—healthy lifestyle coaching, counselling and advice—to you and your family. EFAP services provide assistance when you have identified an area for which you could use extra support and are prepared to actively engage with a professional to gain perspective and work toward positive results. This program is offered at your school jurisdiction's discretion; be sure to check with your employer to determine if Homewood Health's EFAP is available to you.
You can access EFAP services via the numbers below or online at www.homewoodhealth.com.
